Asian Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

1/2 cup rice vinegar

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp orange zest

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 tsp ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced


1 egg, beaten

Oil for frying

Directions:

Coat chicken in egg and cornstarch, fry until golden.

Combine sauce ingredients, simmer until thickened.

Toss chicken in sauce and serve.
