Ingredients:

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

1/2 cup milk warm

1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

2 large eggs

For the Apple Filling:

3 medium apples peeled, cored, and sliced thinly

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tbsp unsalted butter

For the Cinnamon Roll Filling:

1/4 cup unsalted butter softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk or heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For Serving:

Vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
