Ingredients:
1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
1 wedge fresh lime for squeezing
12 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Sparkling Rosé Moscato or Rosé Prosecco, to top off
Dried rose buds for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Glass:
Chill a champagne flute or cocktail glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Add Ice and Gin:
Fill the chilled glass with ice cubes.
Pour 1 oz Empress 1908 Gin over the ice.
Add Fresh Lime Juice:
Squeeze a wedge of fresh lime into the glass to add a hint of citrus.
Add Sparkling Pink Grapefruit:
