Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Ingredients:

4 Alaska salmon fillets

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey


1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C.

In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil.

Brush each salmon fillet with the mustard-honey mixture, then press the pecan mixture onto the top of each fillet.

Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the pecan topping is golden brown.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
