Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles

Ingredients:

12 oz flank steak, thinly sliced

8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional

1/2 tsp salt or to taste

2 tbsp green onions, chopped


1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt, stirring to combine.

Toss in the cooked noodles and mix well to coat them in the sauce.

Return the steak to the pan and mix with the noodles, letting everything heat through for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
