Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup green onions, chopped optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
