Crack Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
cup ranch dressing for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
In a shallow bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, crushed crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly in the cheese and cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with ranch dressing for dipping.
