Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 lb

Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

lb ground pork

1 small onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon paprika

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

cup provolone cheese, shredded

cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Grease a loaf pan with butter and set it aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are soft and fragrant about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, cooked vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until fully combined.

Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and form into a loaf shape.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160F 71C.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese on top. Return the meatloaf to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
