Cheesy Bacon Ranch Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for grilling
Directions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
Brush your grill or griddle with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cook the patties on the grill or griddle for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160F 71C for medium.
During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve immediately.
