Cheesy Bacon Beef Rollups with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
For the Rollups:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
For the Garlic Butter Glaze:
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onions until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside to cool slightly.
Assemble the Rollups:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, brush them with the garlic butter mixture, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
