Bacon Cheeseburger Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
12 oz egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Drain excess grease.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
