Berry Tiramisu Trifle
Indulge in this decadent no-bake Berry Tiramisu Trifle! Made with creamy mascarpone cheese, delicate ladyfingers, and a luscious blackberry-blueberry puree, this dessert is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
6 oz lady fingers
1/2 lb blueberries 𢡄
1 lb blackberries
1 lb mascarpone cheese 燎
4 organic free-range egg yolks 讀
5 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream 拏
4 tbsp honey more to taste
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp water
Basil leaves for garnish
Lilac flowers for garnish optional
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Berry Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the blackberries, blueberries, lemon juice, vanilla extract, honey, and 2 tbsp of water. Bring to a simmer over low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for a few minutes until the blueberries pop. Allow to cool. Once cooled, strain the berry sauce to separate the liquid from the solids.
2 Whip the Cream: In a mixer with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream with 1 tbsp of granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Transfer to the refrigerator to keep cold until ready to use.
3 Make the Mascarpone Mixture: In a separate bowl, cream together the egg yolks and remaining granulated sugar using the whisk attachment. Gradually add the mascarpone cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
4 Combine the Creams: Using a spatula, gently fold the chilled whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Divide this mixture into two bowls.
5 Mix in the Berries: Add the solids from the berry sauce to one bowl of the mascarpone whipped cream mixture and gently fold together. Set aside.
6 Assemble the Trifle: Prepare 4 medium-sized glasses or 1 trifle dish. Dip the ladyfingers into the berry sauce gently and layer them at the bottom. Add a layer of the berry mascarpone mixture, followed by a layer of the plain mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
7 Chill: Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until set.
8 Serve: Serve chilled, garnished with fresh blackberries, basil leaves, and lilac blossoms, if available. Enjoy this delightful berry treat!
