White Chocolate Raspberry Dream Cake
A luscious blend of creamy white chocolate and tart raspberries, this cake is the ultimate show-stopper for any celebration!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder 籠
teaspoon salt 蓼
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 杻
4 large eggs 讀
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream 拏
8 oz high-quality white chocolate, chopped
2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 3 Add butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; beat on medium until creamy. 4 Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5 Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. 6 Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let cool. 7 Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold in melted white chocolate until smooth. 8 Layer the cakes with raspberry filling mash raspberries for extra flavor and frost the outside with white chocolate cream. 9 Decorate with fresh raspberries on top.
