Lemon-Lime Cherry Pistachio Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions
1 Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2 Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a solid crust.
3 Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy.
4 Add Eggs and Flavorings: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the fresh lemon juice, lime juice, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
5 Add the Pistachios: Gently fold in the chopped pistachios for a delightful crunch in each bite.
