Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1 Preheat and Prepare the Pan

Preheat your oven to 325F 163C.


Grease a 9-inch springform pan to ensure easy removal.

2 Make the Crust

In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.

3 Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until just combined.

4 Layer the Cheesecake and Apple Filling

Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the apple layer to cover it.
