Ingredients
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 medium sweet onion, sliced 暈

1 cup gouda cheese, shredded 燎
Instructions
1 Roast the Vegetables
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C.
On a baking sheet, toss sliced mushrooms and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until golden and caramelized to your liking.
2 Melt Butter for Grilling
While the vegetables are roasting, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3 Assemble the Sandwiches
