Cranberry Pecan Clusters
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt optional 蓼
Instructions:
1 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
2 Stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and salt if using until everything is well coated with the melted white chocolate.
3 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters of desired size.
4 Let the clusters set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to speed up the setting process.
5 Once firm, serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge
