Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole 復燎
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups uncooked rice
1 can 10 oz cream of chicken soup 北
1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup butter 杻
1 cup milk 拏
1 small white onion, chopped 暈
16 oz broccoli pieces 復
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 燎
Instructions
1 Prepare Rice:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2 Mix Ingredients:
In a 9×13-inch baking pan, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, butter, broccoli, and chopped onion. Mix in 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
3 Bake:
Bake the casserole for 3035 minutes.
4 Add More Cheese:
During the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top and let it melt.
5 Cool and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with a side salad or breadsticks.
