Decadent Chocolate Pecan Caramel Cake
Ingredients:
For the cake layers:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 療
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 籠
1/2 teaspoon salt 蓼
1 cup sugar 籠
2 eggs 讀
1 cup milk 拏
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the filling:
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
For the topping:
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Whole pecans for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake batter:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually combine with the dry ingredients.
2. Bake the cake:
Divide the batter into greased pans and bake at 180C 350F for 30 minutes. Cool completely before assembling.
3. Layer the cake:
Spread caramel sauce between each cake layer and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
4. Top with ganache:
Pour chocolate ganache over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
5. Garnish:
Add whole pecans for an elegant finish.
