Cheesy Baked Penne Pasta with Meat Sauce 燎
Ingredients:
300g penne pasta
250g ground beef
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 燎
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 燎
2 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste 蓼
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the meat sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. 龍
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Assemble the dish:
Mix cooked pasta with half of the meat sauce.
Layer the pasta in a baking dish, top with remaining meat sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. 燎
4. Bake: Preheat oven to 180C 350F. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. 燎
