Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter 杻
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
3 cups cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs 讀
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp melted butter 杻
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325F 160C. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream. Mix until combined.
3. Create the Cinnamon Swirl:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until it forms a paste.
4. Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Add small dollops of the cinnamon mixture and swirl using a knife. Repeat with the remaining filling and cinnamon mixture to create a spiral pattern on top.
5. Bake:
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Decorate and Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy the creamy and spiced layers!
