Ingredients:

For the Steak and Shrimp:

2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks 數

Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 戀

1 tbsp butter

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced 龍

1 cup heavy cream 拏

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 燎

Fresh thyme for garnish

Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼


Instructions:

1. Season the Steak

Generously season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.

2. Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

3. Sauté the Shrimp

In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.

4. Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, add more butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Place the steak on a plate, top with shrimp, and drizzle with the garlic cream sauce.

Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
