Surf and Turf Dinner with Roasted Potatoes 數戀凜
Ingredients:
2 filet mignon steaks 數
6 large shrimp 戀
4 sea scallops
1 lb baby potatoes, halved 凜
3 tbsp olive oil 㮝
2 tbsp unsalted butter 杻
2 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste 蓼

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
2 Cook the Steak: Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste. Remove and let rest.
3 Sear the Shrimp and Scallops: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Sear scallops for 2 minutes per side, and shrimp until pink and opaque about 2-3 minutes.
4 Assemble: Arrange the steak, shrimp, scallops, and roasted potatoes on a plate. Drizzle with garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
