Surf and Turf with Creamy Garlic Sauce 數戀

Ingredients:

Steak:

2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Seafood:

8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 scallops optional

2 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:


1 Prepare the Steak:

Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare adjust timing for preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

2 Cook the Seafood:

In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add shrimp and scallops, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

3 Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

Melt 1 tbsp butter in the skillet and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another minute.

4 Assemble the Dish:

Place the steak on a plate. Top with shrimp and scallops.

Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.

5 Garnish:

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

6 Serve and Enjoy:

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
