Towering Spaghetti Meatball Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti, cooked
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
20 small meatballs, cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F 190C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with 1 cup of marinara sauce until evenly coated.
3. On a large oven-safe plate or dish, begin stacking the spaghetti in a cone-like shape, layering the meatballs throughout the stack.
4. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti tower, ensuring it is evenly covered.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
