Oven-Baked Crispy Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200C 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Remove the drumsticks from the buttermilk and coat them evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Place the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and fully cooked.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your crispy, flavorful chicken!
