Buckeye Bars – Dont LOSE This Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter for the chocolate layer
Directions:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to flatten the surface.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
Use the parchment paper to lift the bars from the dish. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Tips:
For extra smooth bars, chill the peanut butter layer for 10 minutes before adding the chocolate.
