Grilled Lobster Tails with Herb Butter
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster:
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
2. Make the Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush and Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the lobster meat generously with the herb butter.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally, until the meat is opaque and tender.
4. Serve:
Transfer to a plate, garnish with extra parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
