Lobster and Scallops with Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe 龍

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails 咽

6 large scallops

3 tbsp unsalted butter 杻

2 garlic cloves, minced 龍

1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika


Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 200C 400F.

2. Slice the lobster tails lengthwise and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. 咽

3. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sear the scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Stir in white wine and lemon juice, simmering for 2 minutes. 龍

5. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking tray. Brush with the garlic butter sauce and bake for 8-10 minutes. 咽

6. Serve the lobster tails and scallops with the remaining sauce. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
