Creamy Garlic Pork Chops with Potatoes 數龍凜
Ingredients:
4 pork chops 數
3 cups baby potatoes, halved 凜
2 tbsp olive oil 㮝
1 cup heavy cream 拏
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F 190C.
2. Season pork chops with paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the pork chops until golden. Remove and set aside. 數㮝蓼
3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, and stir. 龍拏
4. Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Pour half of the creamy sauce over them. 凜
5. Add the seared pork chops on top, then pour the remaining sauce over everything. 數
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender. 凜
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
