Hokey Pokey Honey Toffee
A typical New Zealand confectionery.
Ingredients:
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Directions:
Heat the sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling.
Remove from the heat and add the bicarbonate of soda, stirring quickly.
