Pavlova New Zealands national dessert

A light and crispy dessert with a creamy cream.

Ingredients:

4 egg whites

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract


200 ml whipped cream

Fresh fruit kiwi, strawberries, passion fruit

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar.

Gently incorporate the cornflour, vinegar and vanilla.

Spread into a nest shape on a baking sheet and bake at 120C for 1 hour 15 minutes.
