2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

cup sour cream

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

For the Strawberry Filling:

1 cup strawberry preserves or strawberry pie filling

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

12 Golden Oreos, crushed

cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

2 tbsp melted butter

For Garnish:

Extra strawberry topping

Whipped cream optional

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Crust

1 Preheat oven to 325F 163C. Grease a 6-inch mini springform pan or use muffin tins for individual cheesecakes.


2 In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

3 Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
