Spicy Chickpea & Spinach Sauté
Ingredients:
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained & rinsed 參
2 cups fresh spinach 塞
1 clove garlic, minced 龍
teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil 㮝
Squeeze of lemon juice
籠 Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and chickpeas, sauté until golden. Toss in spinach, sprinkle red pepper flakes, and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. A quick protein-packed meal!
