Ingredients:

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Arrange apple slices on top in a circular pattern.Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let the cake cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
