Classic Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups granulated sugar3/4 cup unsalted butter2/3 cup evaporated milk2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips1 jar 7 oz marshmallow creme1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions:
Grease a 9×9-inch square pan or line it with parchment paper.In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.Boil for 4-5 minutes, continuing to stir to prevent burning.Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and nuts if using. Mix until smooth and creamy.Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.Cut into squares and enjoy!
