Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup sour cream1 bag 32 oz frozen tater totsSalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C.In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.Transfer beef mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.Top with a layer of frozen tater tots, arranging them evenly.Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden and crispy.
