Sheet Pan Black Pepper Tofu and Broccoli 復
Ingredients:
1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed2 cups broccoli florets2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari1 tbsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp rice vinegar1 tbsp sesame seedsFresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C.In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes and broccoli florets with olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.Spread tofu and broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tofu is golden and broccoli is tender.Drizzle with sesame oil and rice vinegar, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
