Maple-Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs1/4 cup pure maple syrup2 tbsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp dried thymeSalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
