Super Easy Egg Casserole
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup cooked sausage or bacon optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon melted butter for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until fully combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, and cooked sausage or bacon, if using.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
