Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons salted butter
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 bag 16 oz frozen corn
– 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Melt Butter and Honey: Heat butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat until smooth.
2. Cook Corn: Add corn and cook for 5-8 minutes.
3. Add Cream Cheese: Stir in cream cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
