Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds, ensuring a firm, even layer.
Chill the crusts while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract to stiff peaks.
