Ingredients:

1 pound pork sausage uncooked

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons milk


Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and milk. Use your hands to mix everything until fully combined. The mixture should be a little sticky and able to hold its shape when rolled into balls.

Form the Sausage Balls: Scoop out small portions of the sausage mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
