Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Rotel green chilies with diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1 packet taco seasoning mix
Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
4 large flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Sauté Vegetables:
Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes, until softened.
Season the Beef:
Stir in the taco seasoning mix and combine well with the beef and vegetables.
Prepare Cheese Mixture:
In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla, followed by the beef mixture. Add sour cream, extra onions and peppers, and a handful of crushed Doritos on top.
Wrap and Toast:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them tightly like a burrito. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps on both sides until crispy.
Serve:
Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings of your choice.
