Heavenly Mix
Ingredients:
2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms or candy-coated chocolates
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, and salted peanuts.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Pour both melted chocolates over the snack mix, stirring gently to coat evenly.
Add M&Ms and holiday sprinkles to the mix and toss again.
Spread the mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool completely until the chocolate sets.
Once cooled, break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.
