Best Breakfast Casserole Hash Browns & Eggs 凜燎
Ingredients:
1 bag 30 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and evenly spread the hash browns.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add onions, bell peppers, and melted butter to the egg mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture over the hash browns and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and set.
