No-Bake Turtle Lush
This creamy, decadent no-bake dessert has layers of chocolate, caramel, and pecans for that classic turtle candy flavor. Perfect for any occasion and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
For the Layers:
8 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip 拏
1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk 拏
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate sauce
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate to set while preparing the other layers.
Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, or until it thickens. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Drizzle Caramel and Chocolate: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate sauce over the pudding layer, adding a sweet, gooey touch.
Final Layer: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the caramel and chocolate drizzle layer. Then, drizzle the remaining caramel and chocolate sauces on top.
Top with Pecans: Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top for a delicious crunch.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Slice and serve this no-bake treat chilled!
