Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta e.g., fettuccine
1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and parmesan optional
Instructions:
Sauté mushrooms and garlic; set aside.
Deglaze with wine, add lemon juice, flour, mustard, and cream.
Return mushrooms, simmer, toss with pasta.
