Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 bag 12 oz frozen shrimp, thawed, shelled, and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp:
Pat the thawed shrimp dry with a paper towel and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Season the Shrimp:
Add the olive oil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the shrimp. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning and cheese.
Air Fry the Shrimp:
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. Set the air fryer to 360F and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through at the 5-minute mark.
