Ingredients
1 12 oz box of crackers saltine or Ritz-style
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons chili flakes adjust to taste for spice level
Instructions:
Prepare the Crackers: Place the crackers in a large Ziploc bag.
Add Oil and Spices: Pour in the olive oil, then add the Italian seasoning and chili flakes to the bag.
Coat the Crackers: Seal the bag securely and shake, turning the bag over several times to ensure the crackers are evenly coated with oil and spices.
Let the Flavors Marinate: Leave the sealed bag at room temperature overnight, turning it over occasionally to evenly distribute the seasoning.
Serve and Store: Serve these spicy crackers with a creamy dip if desired. Store any leftovers in the sealed bag at room temperature for up to a week.
